About Red Rock
We exist to rebuild trust in the systems that society depends on most.
Mission
Accountability provable, not just promised
Red Rock Group Holdings exists to rebuild trust in the systems that society depends on most. Our mission is to provide regulated industries with infrastructure that makes accountability provable, not just promised — replacing a broken trust model built on spoofable claims with one built on undeniable, cryptographic proof.
Why This Exists
The assumptions no longer hold
The systems that protect healthcare records, financial transactions, government operations, and legal communications were built on a set of assumptions that no longer hold. Passwords can be stolen. GPS signals can be faked. Audit trails can be manipulated. Voice recognition can be defeated by AI-generated deepfakes in real time.
The result is a staggering cost — measured in dollars, in data breaches, and in human harm. Fraud in Medicaid's home health programs alone costs taxpayers an estimated $5–8 billion annually. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation fraud costs $500 million more. And these are only the losses we can count.
The fundamental problem is not a lack of effort. It is a broken architectural assumption: that credentials and claims can stand in for proof.
Ekko was built to replace that assumption entirely.
Our Approach
Standing on the Shoulders of Giants
Rather than building every capability from scratch, we have partnered with proven global leaders — and unified their capabilities under a single API layer that makes the world's best trust infrastructure accessible through a single integration.
Our partners include the world's leading biometric liveness platform (processing 3.7 billion annual liveness checks, deployed by U.S. DHS and state DMVs), a DoD and Intelligence Community-incubated federated AI platform, a global PKI provider with presence in 200+ countries, and an enterprise policy engine deployed at scale across healthcare, finance, and government.
We stand on giants so our customers don't have to.

How We Fit
Into the ecosystem
Red Rock Group Holdings is a technology holding company. Our flagship platform, Ekko, provides the identity-first infrastructure layer for regulated markets. Alongside Ekko, our portfolio includes ventures applying this trust framework to specific high-impact sectors — including autonomous care delivery, robotics, and quantum-safe communications infrastructure.
We are not a point solution. We are the infrastructure layer from which trustworthy systems are built.
